The size of the pot should not be too small or big for the size of the plant and the appearance should at least match the color and patterns of the flowers.

- The temperature should also be high, especially if the weather is cold. You need to plant your tropical flowers from 50 to 65 degrees at night time. This will keep them warm enough. During the day, you can set the temperature at 70 to 80 degrees. It is important to keep your flowers warm and moist all throughout the day.

- Aside from the temperature, you should also maintain 60 to 80 percent humidity level to make sure that your tropical plants will grow. Humidity is one feature of a tropical place. To control humidity, you should have several humidity trays that have water and pebbles. It is important to always fill the tray with water to keep the moisture level to optimum.

- You should also plant your tropical Hawaiian blooms in a place where there is filtered light. It is important that your plants receive high amount of light. It is not required to expose them under direct sunlight. Just make sure that they get the right amount of light.

- It is also important to keep your tropical flowering plants moist at all times. However, make sure that you do not let them soak in very wet soil. Besides, these plants love fresh water rather than stale water. Water often just to keep the moist soil but do not water too much at one time.
